This privately owned 350 sq. ft. fully remodeled, studio condo with spacious lani, is a corner unit located on the first floor. You will enjoy a comfortable queen size bed, sofa sleeper, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, TV/VCR/DVD, CD player, a washer and dryer IN the condo and cable TV.

$50 night for 30 days or more ($1500 a month) 

$55 night for 22 - 30 days 

$65 night for 15 - 21 days 
$70 night for 7 - 14 days + $60 cleaning fee.

$75 night for 3 - 6 days + $60 cleaning fee.
