The condo accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children with a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper. This unit is a non-smoking. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Our condo is one of the few units in the complex with a washer and dryer IN the unit, dishwasher, and 13" pillow top mattress! 

 How do I book?

1. Email us at: aloha@fuse.net or call 513-403-8023. We will do our best to get back with you within 24 hours if we are not in.

2. Upon booking over phone or email, we will give you a total amount due and email you a contract. It will include an address of where to send the deposit  for your stay.

3. A 50% deposit must be received by us10 days after booking. Payment is accepted by personal check or money order.

4. Upon receiving your payment, confirmation will be made with you via mail, fax, or email.

5. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival time by check or money order. If condo is booked less than 30 days out full payment will be due at time of booking.

6. When we receive your final payment, we will send you instructions on how to enter condo and a welcome to Molokai packet, with maps and helpful hints for your relaxing, and romantic Hawaiian vacation.

Cancellation policy:
$30 cancellation fee for reservations canceled prior to 30 days of arrival. If cancellation is not received 30 days prior to arrival, the tenant may be charged 50% of the total amount (not to exceed $200) if vacancy cannot be filled. No refund for no show or early check out.
