If not renting our car, it's best to call your Taxi/Uber service when you've boarded your flight, to avoid a wait at the airport.

GPS doesn not always work on our end of the island, but if you are using GPS (Google Maps or similar) just type in Kephui Beach Resort and you should get directions to the condo complex.

Not using GPS: When you come out of the airport turn right then go out to the main road (Hwy 460). Turn right and head west to Kalua Koi Road (just before the 15 mile marker). Turn right on Kalua Koi Rd. Drive approximately 5 miles and turn right at the second paved road you come to. There is a sign with an arrow pointing to Kalua Koi Villas. As you drive into the complex, go past the 3rd fire hydrant on the left. Pull in and your car will be facing our condo. Our condo is on the 1st floor, corner unit #1141.

We suggest that you go into town to get a few groceries if you have time (Stores close around 8:00 pm and are not open on Sunday). There are no stores or restaurants near the condo complex. A small mini mart is on the property behind the pool open 7 days a week 9-5 but is expensive.

The combination to enter the condo key lock will be provided via email at least 1 week prior to your arrival. To lock the door pull it tight and press the top lock button. There will be one door key in lock box beside the door just in case code doesnt work.

There is fast wireless internet service available inside the condo. We also provide a color printer with coying capalities. Network and password information are on the refrigerator.

There is no phone in the condo, but most cell services work fine
There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
We provide a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, baking dishes, blender, toaster, coffee grinder, wine opener, crock pot, electric wok, regular coffee maker, some spices and some condiments in the refrigerator.

There may be some food in the cupboards, so feel free to use what you want and leave what you don’t use for the next people. Please be sure that anything left is properly sealed so as not to attract bugs/rodents.

The TV is a 43" new Smart TV, so you can stream your programs using Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.

There are only 2 gas stations on the island and both are in Kaunakakai. They also have air for tires and extra things.
They close at 9:00PM Monday - Friday and 6:00PM on Saturday and Sunday. Be sure to fill up the car with gas before you leave.
